• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person for customers on assigned aftermarket product lines.
• Deliver top-level customer service by addressing inquiries related to technical aspects of products.
