Job summary

ITW seeks a Technical Services Specialist with extensive hands-on automotive experience to provide advanced technical support, research automotive tools, and support validation and training for the Automotive Aftermarket channel.

The role requires strong organization, independent project management, and the ability to resolve technical inquiries via calls and emails. Experience with diagnostic and testing equipment is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• ASE Certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize multiple technical service projects with minimal supervision.
• Research automotive products, tools, and equipment for ICE/EV/hybrid compatibility and produce reports.
• Provide expert technical support for product usage and troubleshooting in field/on-site.
