Job summary

P3 USA is seeking a seasoned supply chain consultant to own and drive complex projects in the automotive sector from Chicago. You will lead industrialization efforts, optimize production, and manage supplier relationships across international clients.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive or consulting, strong supply chain knowledge, and excellent communication. A high level of travel is expected, with a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with focus on supply chain management.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive and/or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, manufacturing, and production processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; agile mindset and brand ambassador for P3.

Responsibilities

• Lead challenging industrialization projects with supplier relocation and start-up management.
• Oversee production optimization and material management readiness for customers and OEMs.
• Coordinate cross-functional supply chain/maintenance strategies across multiple stakeholders.
• Take ownership of strategic and operative project work for international clients.
• Perform root cause analyses and identify deficits in products and manufacturing processes.
• Propose changes to supply chain/logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and layout designs for maximum efficiency.
