Job summary

Vincere seeks a Director of Supply Chain in the US (Chicago-area remote) to oversee end-to-end supply chain for an automotive client. You will own inventory, planning, supplier management, and logistics across a multi-location network, driving OTD, quality, and PPV while shaping vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include leading S&OP, implementing Lean Six Sigma improvements, and developing inventory control programs. Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in supply chain leadership.
• Experience with multi-location distribution networks.
• Experience with international supply base.
• Led SIOP/S&OP and lean six sigma improvements.
• Experience leading demand and supply planning.
• Implement inventory controls program.
• Own inventory turns, value, shrinkage metrics.
• Develop SOP for inventory management.
• Willingness to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain performance across the distribution network.
• Own in-stock rates, turns, inventory value, shrinkage.
• Drive on-time delivery (OTD), quality, and PPV performance.
• Create and maintain vendor relationships and performance metrics.
• Lead a formal S&OP process and continuous improvement initiatives.
