P3 Group is seeking a logistics planning consultant to support automotive OEMs on-site, developing assembly, body shop, or paint shop concepts and equipment layouts. You will coordinate with production, engineering and suppliers, manage milestones, and prepare investment lists. Travel up to 100% and leadership for senior roles are key parts of the role.

Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related field.
- Background in automotive logistics planning or industrialization projects.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
- Confident communicator with cross-functional experience.
- Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
Responsibilities
- Support automotive OEMs as an on-site logistics planning consultant.
- Develop logistics concepts for Assembly, Body Shop, or Paint Shop.
- Define equipment needs and create layout drafts for material flow.
- Coordinate interfaces with suppliers and equipment manufacturers.
- Lead milestones, planning freezes, and industrialization phases.
- Prepare planning documents, specifications, and investment lists.
- Travel up to 100% and work within client teams.
