Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting in the Automotive sector is seeking experienced professionals to drive strategic reinvention for client organizations. You will work across wholegenesis teams to deliver tech-enabled transformations, roadmaps, and practical programs that align people, process, and technology with business goals.

Travel may be required up to 100% to meet client needs, and you will collaborate with a global network to deliver measurable outcomes and client value.

Qualifications

• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving to define client challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
• Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to develop insights grounded in automotive industry data.
• Build clear, compelling deliverables, including executive presentations, process maps, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Contribute actively to workstreams within larger engagements, managing your own tasks and timelines with minimal supervision.
• Build trusted relationships with day-to-day client counterparts through consistent delivery and clear communication.
• Support business development activities including proposal development, market analyses, and pursuit materials.
• Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on people, process and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and sound business judgment
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
• Ability to resolve issues and manage risk proactively
