About the Position

Automotive Store Managers are responsible for managing a retail store location, ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe vehicle repairs and maintenance. Store Managers also communicate with customers to assess needs, provide information on repairs and maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
