About the Position of Automotive Store Manager

Automotive Store Managers are responsible for managing a retail store location, ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe vehicle repairs and maintenance. They also communicate directly with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.

Our digital dashboard allows Store Managers to track their success and earnings, leading by example to reinforce Mavis as the premier tire and auto service retailer.

Qualifications
