Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience managing employees.
• 2-3 years of automotive/quick lube experience required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Succeeds in a team environment and works well with others.
• Passion for automotive repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead, and train a team.
• Represent Jiffy Lube in a positive and exceptional manner.
• Exceed customer service expectations on a daily basis.
• Enforce safety, attendance, personal behavior, and various additional company policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of current sales and sales targets.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints/warranties to company expectations.
• Complete required computer-based training and on-the-job training at the facility.
• Manage the flow of customer traffic to optimize service times.
• Generate sales for the store and revenue for the company.
• Audit inventory receiving and control for optimum inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and HR.
• Attend monthly manager meetings and conduct monthly store safety meetings.
• Additional duties as assigned.
