Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead, and train a team.
• Represent Jiffy Lube in a positive and exceptional manner.
• Exceed customer service expectations daily.
• Enforce safety, attendance, personal behavior, and policies.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Maintain awareness of current sales targets.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints/warranties.
• Complete required computer-based training.
• Manage store traffic to optimize service times.
• Generate sales and revenue for the store.
• Audit inventory for optimum control.
• Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, and HR.
• Attend monthly manager meetings and conduct safety meetings.
• Additional duties as assigned.
