Responsibilities

• Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company.
• Greet customers courteously and deliver high-level service.
• Schedule service appointments and answer questions in person and by phone.
• Consult customers on service needs and update on progress.
• Provide the customer with a positive experience.
• Ensure our company standards are met, maintained and exceeded.
• Involve yourself in every aspect of store operations.
