Job summary

Tire Max in Summerfield, NC is seeking a Manager-in-Deck (MOD) to oversee store performance, guest services, and profitability. You will manage expenses, HR processes, and ensure strong sales growth while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial oversight, and operational excellence with opportunities for advancement within Sun Auto Tire & Service. Previous automotive industry leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of management or equivalent automotive industry experience.
• Experience in managing and coaching team members.
• Ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and profit goals.
• Valid driver’s license (or obtain within 30 days).
• Able to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead store personnel; set expectations and coach performance.
• Analyze business trends and drive sales and profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards; manage store facilities.
