Tire Max in Summerfield, NC is seeking a Manager-in-Deck (MOD) to lead store performance and guest services. You’ll drive profitability, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to policies while controlling expenses and optimizing operations.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of management or equivalent business experience in automotive.
• Experience coaching and developing team members to success.
• Proven ability to plan monthly/quarterly/annual targets for a store.
• Track record of meeting sales and profit goals.
• Possess valid driver’s license with ability to drive to work.

Responsabilidades

• Sets expectations and communicates responsibilities and goals to employees.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires staff in partnership with HR.
• Conducts regular performance evaluations and coaching.
• Analyzes business trends and drives sales/profit targets.
• Maintains store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Ensures proper asset control and cash handling procedures.
