• Supervisory/management/mentor experience.
• Continuous improvement background with P&L experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule and coach employees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Follow up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop service specials.
• Lead, manage, and train team while aligning with company vision and values.
• Oversee all sales, accounting and clerical functions from Service Advisors.
• Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of cars and light trucks.
• Maintain inventory counts and manage losses; ensure environmental compliance.
• Payroll and scheduling; update daily sales reports to Corporate.
