Job Summary:

As the Automotive Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and drive sales growth in a high-paced retail environment. You will ensure the store runs efficiently, maintain exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of associates.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Drive sales by ensuring excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to develop strategies for growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
