Automotive Store Manager - Immediate Openings

At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

The Midas Store Manager is responsible for business operations and store performance, including safety, efficiencies, and profit/loss accountability. The role involves promoting customer satisfaction and retention, managing costs, inventory, environmental compliance, and safety, and providing strong leadership to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

We seek an experienced manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who will oversee operations, financial performance, morale, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has a college degree or coursework (preferred), at least three years of automotive repair business experience, supervisory/management skills, a background in continuous improvement, P&L experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule, and coach employees
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up on services and estimates
• Oversee vehicle inspections, recommend repairs, build computerized repair orders, and source parts
• Discuss pricing estimates and promote shop service specials
• Lead and train the team aligned with company values
• Manage sales, accounting, and clerical functions
• Supervise technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Maintain inventory and oversee inventory loss
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and environmental compliance of the facility
• Handle payroll, record-keeping, and scheduling
• Submit daily sales reports to corporate

Qualifications

• General automotive knowledge
