• Ensure sales goals are achieved by assisting in the development and implementation of sales plans, with thorough knowledge of Lube and Tire services and other automotive industry products.
• Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Support teammates in establishing and maintaining a productive sales environment by training and developing them on all shop operations and guest services.
• Manage staffing effectively by recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and developing employees.
