Come be part of a growing company as an Automotive Store Manager. We own 5 SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service and Grease Monkey locations in Baton Rouge, Kenner, Metairie, and Covington. Build and manage a team to make 6 figures. Minimum 5 years automotive management experience required, including tire and automotive repair. We seek someone who cares for their people and customers, and treats the shop as their own. This location has 8 bays; a strong personality is needed to manage this shop, but the payoff is worth it. This is a hands-on management position, not a sit-in-the-office role. 75% of your time will be spent in the bays managing people and processes, doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Position Overview

The Center Manager oversees the successful operation and profitability of a Grease Monkey center, utilizing customer and employee relations skills, business management techniques, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Customer relations: increase sales and build a world-class team
• Welcome customers professionally, explain services and pricing, and ensure a positive experience
• Present recommended maintenance and safety services, and inspect vehicles
• Maintain communication with customers, keep the environment clean and safe
• Review service tickets with customers, explain services, and gather feedback
• Resolve customer complaints and damage claims
• Employee supervision: hire, evaluate, train, schedule, and discipline staff
• Prepare payroll and maintain employee records
