Barren Troy Holdings, the premier Meineke franchise in the region, seeks an experienced Store Manager for its high-volume auto repair center in Colorado Springs. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team of technicians and advisors, and drive sales growth while maintaining top service standards.

The role rewards strong problem solving, customer focus and hands-on leadership. You will manage staffing, safety, inventory, and training, with a competitive base salary of up to $110,000 plus

Qualifications

• General knowledge of the automotive industry.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive service writer.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team or staff.

We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of driving repeat customer sales, excels at solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality and timely work.
