Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group seeks a Design and Simulation Engineer to support new model body-in-white development. You will lead stamping feasibility studies, tooling and process planning, and equipment verification for automotive body frame components, guiding downstream teams through the development cycle.

The role focuses on early planning and engineering solutions across product, process, and tooling, with 3+ years of AutoForm experience and CATIA V5 proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive part simulation experience using AutoForm.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with stamping and sheet metal forming concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead stamping feasibility studies and tooling/process planning.
• Provide technical guidance to design, tooling, and production teams.
• Verify equipment and ensure alignment with development and quality processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an R&D setting.
