Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Simulation Engineer.
• Solid background in metal stamping.
• Proficiency with Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Catia, PTC Creo is an asset.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Proficiency with AutoForm Forming Suite.
• Willingness to travel cross-border.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain all CAD data relative to a program per project engineer or customer.
• Develop basic to advanced process proposals based on design engineering input.
• Generate new and update existing die designs.
• Interface with tool manufacturing to meet formability requirements.
• Interface with Project Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer to meet project requirements.
• Create new and revise existing process layouts and proposals.
• Recommend alternative design scenarios to meet customer requirements.
• Create and maintain simulation and die processes (2D and 3D) per requirements.
• Abide by company policies including Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, HR.
