Erdrich Automotive USA is seeking an experienced Automotive Stamping Setup & Tooling Changeover Specialist. You will own the tooling changeover process, fine-tune presses for quality and throughput, and coordinate safe crane/forklift moves on a fast-paced manufacturing floor.

You will review setup sheets and blueprints, validate first-piece quality, and document setups. You’ll troubleshoot to minimize downtime and mentor operators on best practices, leaving notes for future efficiency gains.

Competenze

• 3+ years in manufacturing, stamping, metal forming, tooling, maintenance, or equipment setup.
• Independent machine and die changeovers capability.
• Fluency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
• Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes preferred.
• Background in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or manufacturing software is a plus.

• Maintain 7S, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times.
