Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant for a rotational training program across our dealership accounting offices. This entry-level opportunity is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals aiming to become Automotive Controllers.

You will gain hands-on experience in dealership accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and operational analysis, working alongside experienced Controllers and management teams to build the knowledge and skills needed to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Recent college graduate or have up to two years of accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience or internship experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to travel periodically to dealership locations for training.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple dealership accounting offices to gain hands-on experience.
• Work with Controllers and management to develop leadership skills.
• Gain exposure to dealership accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and operational analysis.
