Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. This program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to become Automotive Controllers through hands-on training across dealership offices.

You will work with experienced Controllers and management to learn dealership accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and operations, building the skills to eventually lead a dealership accounting department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Up to two years of accounting experience or a recent graduate.
• Public accounting experience or internship experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple dealership accounting offices for hands-on training.
• Work with Controllers and dealership management to learn accounting and reporting.
• Develop knowledge to lead a dealership accounting department.
