Job Title: Automotive Skilled Technician

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician for our Napleton Italian Imports locations, including Napleton Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Maserati of Indianapolis. Join a growing, dynamic industry and advance your career with one of the country's largest dealership groups.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Check and communicate oil levels
• Ensure proper tire pressure and perform wheel alignments
• Inspect and refill fluid levels
• Replace oil drain plugs, oil filters, batteries, and radiators
• Perform exhaust system repairs and brake work
• Complete manufacturer recalls not requiring diagnostic tools
• Maintain a clean and organized service area

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical training or experience as a technician or lube tech
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Willingness to undergo background checks
• Must be 18 years or older
