Job Title: Automotive Skilled Technician

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity within a growing, dynamic industry.

Located at Napleton Italian Imports (Napleton Fiat of Indianapolis, Napleton Alfa Romeo of Indianapolis, Napleton Maserati of Indianapolis), the Automotive Skilled Technician performs vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The role involves building customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton as a caregiver for their vehicle's safety and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete vehicle inspections
• Check and communicate oil levels to team members
• Ensure proper tire pressure
• Perform wheel alignments
• Inspect and refill fluid levels
• Install new oil drain plugs and filters
• Clean and lubricate fittings
• Replace batteries and perform exhaust system repairs
• Remove and reinstall brake components
• Replace radiators
• Perform manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech or technician assistant
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Willingness to undergo background checks as per regulations
• Must be 18 years or older to comply with company policies
