Job Title: Automotive Skilled Technician

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician for our Napleton Italian Imports locations, including Napleton Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Maserati of Indianapolis. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced and growing industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections
• Check and communicate oil levels
• Ensure proper tire inflation
• Perform wheel alignments
• Inspect and refill fluids
• Replace oil drain plugs and filters
• Lubricate fittings, replace batteries, repair exhaust systems
• Remove and reinstall brake components
• Replace radiators
• Complete manufacturer recalls not requiring diagnostics
• Maintain a clean and organized service center

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or experience as a technician or lube tech
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo background checks
• Must be 18 years or older
