Job Description: Automotive Skilled Technician

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a talented Automotive Skilled Technician for our location at Napleton Italian Imports (Napleton Fiat of Indianapolis, Napleton Alfa Romeo of Indianapolis, Napleton Maserati of Indianapolis). This role involves performing vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards, and fostering customer loyalty by ensuring trust and confidence in Napleton as a caregiver for their vehicle's safety and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete vehicle inspections
• Check and communicate oil levels
• Ensure proper tire pressure
• Perform wheel alignments
• Inspect and refill fluid levels
• Install new oil drain plugs and filters
• Lubricate fittings as needed
• Replace batteries and perform exhaust repairs
• Remove and reinstall brake components
• Replace radiators
• Perform manufacturer recalls not requiring diagnostics
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech or technician assistant
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Willingness to undergo background checks as per regulations
• Must be 18 years or older
