You will help maintain shop organization, support technicians and advisors, and participate in parts logistics and safety tasks.

We value a strong work ethic, clear communication, and a willingness to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience is a plus, but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate various vehicle types.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from locations.
• Perform post-repair quality control inspections.
• Pick up and deliver automotive parts from vendors.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with daily tasks.
• Move vehicles safely around the facility.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
• Receive deliveries and organize materials.
• Support special projects and seasonal shop needs.
• Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks.
• Greet customers professionally when needed.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain relationships.
