Job summary

Caliber Collision in Buda, TX is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to support daily shop operations. You will maintain cleanliness of the production area, assist technicians, dispose of waste, and help keep tools and equipment in proper places. The role involves light maintenance tasks and following SOPs to ensure timely repairs.

This entry-level position offers on-the-job training, overtime opportunities, and potential growth within a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area including sweeping floors and disposing of waste.
• Assist in cleaning of spray booths and organizing tools and equipment.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs as needed.
• Adhere to Caliber's SOPs to help repairs be completed in a timely manner.
