Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties in a production shop, including housekeeping, sweeping floors, disposing of waste, and assisting in cleaning spray booths. The Auto Shop Helper will follow center procedures to ensure repairs are completed timely.

Responsibilities include organizing tools, maintaining parking lots and grounds, and performing minor maintenance as required. Overtime may be available and paid weekly in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior production area.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and organizing tools.
• Place tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs as needed
