Job summary

Caliber Collision in Bastrop, TX is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to support daily production activities in the shop. You will perform housekeeping, assist in cleaning spray booths, and help place tools and equipment in their proper locations, supporting the team to complete repairs efficiently.

Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior collision experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Nice to have collision experience or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping in the production area: empty waste, sweep floors, dispose of parts.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and organize tools and equipment.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance as needed.
• Follow Caliber SOPs and center procedures to help repairs stay timely.
