Louis-driven Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Shop Foreman/Lead Technician to lead a high-volume Ford shop in Hudson, WI. You will oversee daily operations, guide technicians, and drive diagnostics and repairs with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires Ford OEM experience, strong leadership, and a track record of improving service performance; offers aggressive pay and comprehensive total rewards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Master Technician in a dealership environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Ford or another domestic OEM manufacturer.
• Advanced diagnostic and drivability expertise.
• Proven ability to lead technicians and improve shop performance.
• Experience with dealership service systems and repair documentation.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
