Job summary

Hudson Ford is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman or Lead Technician to guide one of the area’s busiest Ford service departments. You will manage daily shop operations, prioritize repairs, and serve as the technical resource for techs and advisors.

The ideal candidate has Ford or domestic OEM experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a proven ability to lead teams, with opportunities for career growth within Lithia & Driveway’s expansive network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Shop Foreman or Lead Technician in a dealership environment.
• 1+ years of Ford or another domestic OEM experience.
• Advanced diagnostic and drivability expertise.
• Proven ability to lead technicians and improve shop performance.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shop operations and technician workflow.
• Dispatch and prioritizing repair orders.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Be the technical resource for technicians and advisors.
• Develop apprentice, entry-level, and experienced technicians.
• Improve technician productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Partner with service leadership to improve customer satisfaction and departmental performance.
