Virginia Tire & Auto in Northern Virginia is seeking a Senior Service Advisor who can lead a team, grow service sales, and build trust with customers. The role offers a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 90 days plus commissions and bonuses, with potential to advance as the shop thrives.

You will write estimates, coach the Service Advisor team, explain repairs clearly, and guide customers through the repair process in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
