Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading sales or customer service teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk and lead daily operations.
• Create staff schedules to cover projected customer flow and maintain center profitability.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals and drive appointment generation.
• Handle phone inquiries and follow company procedures for inquiries and callbacks.
• Manage POS tickets, pricing, documentation, and parts orders.
• Maintain center cleanliness and professional image; oversee closing duties and deposits.
