Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair is seeking a skilled Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor (English/Spanish) to join our team and enhance customer experiences while driving operational efficiency. This role combines technical expertise, exceptional communication, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, explain vehicle issues and service options in English and Spanish, schedule appointments, provide cost and time estimates, and help

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (Spanish a plus) written and spoken.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive service advisement, customer service, or related roles.
• Foundational knowledge of automotive systems; ASE certification or technical training is a plus.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with automotive software and Google Workspace.
• Tech-savvy; able to navigate cellular phones and tablets with ease.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication in English and Spanish about vehicle issues, repair processes, and service recommendations.
• Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and coordinate with technicians to optimize shop productivity.

• Resolve concerns, manage follow-ups, and maintain detailed records of interactions and repairs.
