Job Description

The Service Technician services and repairs vehicles according to management directives, focusing on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and department profitability. Responsibilities include conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure optimal working order for customers.

Sign-On Bonus

Up to $5,000, based on skill level and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues using experience, analysis, and testing
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance
• Repair vehicles as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service
• Complete documentation in compliance with standards
• Maintain shop safety, appearance, and efficiency
• Attend meetings, trainings, and educational sessions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Post-secondary automotive training, certification, or equivalent experience
• ASE Certification preferred
