We are adding to our Field Services Technician team and are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and coachable individuals with a knack for technology and sales.

A Day in the Life:

As a Field Services Technician, you will install and service cutting-edge technology with expertise. You can maximize earnings by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on your honesty and integrity to provide peace of mind.

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you're an experienced technician, a sales professional seeking a change, or a motivated, coachable individual, we want to hear from you!

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Sales experience (car, retail, insurance, B2C, call center)
  • Field technician experience (cable, internet, pest control, lawn, construction, solar)
  • Clean driving record and valid license
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Physical Demands:

  • Lift and carry up to 45 lbs
  • Climb ladders up to 14 feet
  • Work in attics and confined spaces
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

We prioritize safety; technicians will conduct safety analyses in every home to ensure a safe working environment for all.

Additional Information:

The base pay ranges from $29.38 to $33.79, depending on geographic location and experience. Compensation reflects local labor costs and individual skills.
