Job summary

Monro is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician (Store 1623) to perform basic vehicle services and repairs in a fast-paced store environment. The role can be full-time or part-time and is hourly, based on business needs.

You will communicate vehicle issues clearly and strive to meet guest expectations for time and quality. The position includes tire services, routine maintenance, and a mandatory courtesy inspection on every guest vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs per Monro standards.
• Tire services including TPMS, balancing, mounting and installation.
• Lubrications, oil changes, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Complete Monro Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle and document needed services.
• Assist with inventory management and store duties to keep the shop guest-ready.
