Job summary

Monro toward Towanda, PA is seeking a General Service Technician to perform basic vehicle maintenance and repair at store 380. The role is full time or part time and paid hourly, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and guest service.

Responsibilities include tire and vehicle services, inspections, and inventory support in a fast-paced environment. Qualified applicants typically have a High School Diploma and automotive training or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs per Monro standards.
• Tire services: wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, mounting, TPMS service.
• Vehicle services: oil changes, lubrications, battery testing/installation, basic maintenance.
• Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle and communicate needed services.
• Assist with inventory management and store duties to maintain cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Adhere to safety standards and road test policy.
