Job summary

Monro, Inc. is seeking a General Service Technician at our Fairport, NY location to perform basic vehicle services and repairs to Monro standards. This role may be full-time or part-time and is hourly, based on business needs.

You will communicate vehicle issues and solutions to guests while delivering high-quality service. The position includes responsibilities such as tire and vehicle services, courtesy inspections, inventory support, and strict adherence to safety and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs per Monro standards.
• Tire services including removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, mounting and TPMS.
• Lubrications and oil changes, basic maintenance, battery testing and installations.
• Complete Monro Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle and document needed services.
• Assist with inventory management and store duties to keep guest-ready condition.
• Follow safety standards and Monro policies, including road test procedures.
