Job summary

Monro is seeking a General Service Technician in Oshkosh, WI to perform basic vehicle services and maintenance per Monro standards and manufacturer specs. The role can be full-time or part-time and is hourly, with a focus on delivering 5-star guest service and clear communication of vehicle issues and solutions.

Responsibilities include tire and vehicle services, routine inspections, inventory support, and upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs to Monro standards.
• Tire services including wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, mounting, TPMS work.
• Lubrications, oil changes, basic maintenance, battery testing/installation.
• Complete Monro Courtesy Inspection on every guest vehicle and communicate needed services.
• Assist with inventory management and general store duties to keep the shop guest-ready.
