Monro is seeking a General Service Technician to join our team in Alliance, Ohio. This role involves performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs effectively in accordance with Monro standards.
• Perform tire services including wheel removal, balancing, and installation.
• Conduct lubrications, oil changes, and basic maintenance.
• Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection process on every guest vehicle.
• Assist in inventory management including pulling tires and parts.
• Maintain a clean store environment adhering to Monro standards.
