Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from dispatcher and take to stall area.
• Perform repair work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Tag and save parts and return them if under warranty or requested.
• Advise service advisor if additional work is needed or not required.
• Document work performed and road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
