Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and process them to stall area.
• Perform work per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair as authorized.
• Coordinate with Parts to obtain needed items.
• Tag and return parts for warranty or customer requests.
• Inform service advisor of additional work or changes.
• Document work performed and test drive to verify repairs.
• Attend training and keep up with factory bulletins.
