• If you are a recent graduate of an accredited technical school (graduated within the last 24 months), receive $625 per month in tuition reimbursement for 2 years ($15,000 total).
• Aggressive sign-on bonuses with guaranteed hours — up to $15,000 based on level and certifications.
• Apprentice: $4,000
• Level 1-2/Recon: $6,000

Responsibilities:

• Perform repair work efficiently and according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose systems using diagnostic tools.
• Maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and estimates.
• Complete tasks promptly and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a service technician required.
• Strong automotive background.
• Manufacture ASE certifications preferred.
• Successful completion of MVR, background check, and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.
