Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Kirkland, WA is seeking a General Service Technician (GST) to join our on-site team. You’ll begin in an entry-level position and professionally service guests’ vehicles to ensure top-quality workmanship and a great guest experience.

Through our training program, you’ll gain certification across the services we offer, building a solid foundation for a career in automotive care with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong reading and comprehension of safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective communication skills with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate findings to the team.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
