Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience required or desired.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to undergo background check and meet policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair orders to manufacturer standards.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage workload and customer expectations.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and staff.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and participate in trainings.
