Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Ram is seeking an Automotive Service Technician in Arlington Heights, IL. You will perform repairs and maintenance per standards, working with Parts and Service Advisors to ensure smooth operations and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience required.
• ASE certification desirable.
• All OEM experience welcome.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order, meeting dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and customer updates.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers and staff clearly.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and participate in training.
• Keep management informed of repair issues as they arise.
• Maintain an organized work area.
